1、 Oil leakage from the fuel supply switch of the fuel tank: The reason is that the graphite and asbestos oil seals at the switch are damaged.
Exclusion: 1. Remove the switch, take out the packing, and use oil resistant rubber sheets to make two circular pads with an outer diameter 1 millimeter larger than the switch housing hole and an inner diameter 1.50 millimeters larger than the handle screw. Clamp the rubber pads in the middle of the steel pads, then fit them together on the handle screw, and tighten the cover device. 2. Wrap graphite and asbestos rope between two steel pads and fill them, then tighten the capping device.
2、 Oil leakage from the fuel tank drain faucet: The reason is due to rust or failure of the steel ball inside the faucet.
Exclusion: Replace the steel ball (with a diameter of 15 millimeters, it can be replaced with a steel ball from a bearing with an inner diameter of 80 millimeters).
3、 Oil leakage from the oil pipe horn mouth: The reason is that the cone surface and horn mouth seat of the oil pipe horn mouth are not well sealed.
Exclusion: 1. Twist the end with the horn first. 2. After grinding the horn mouth joint, apply sealant on the conical surface, then tighten or saw off the horn mouth, and re expand it by 1 using an expansion tool.
4、 Hollow screw joint oil leakage: The reason is that 1. the end face and gasket of the oil pipe joint are uneven; 2. The screw holes on the shell are uneven.
The elimination method is as follows: grind the joint and gasket flat. Flatten the hexagonal inner surface of the hollow screw, then tighten it or apply sealant on both sides of the washer.
5、 Oil leakage at the joint surface of the housing: The reason is that oil leakage at the joint surfaces of the oil pan, cylinder head, valve cover, timing gear chamber cover, gearbox cover, starter gearbox cover, etc. is usually caused by loose fasteners, damaged or failed gaskets.
Exclusion: 1. Regularly perform fastening work. 2. For parts that are not frequently disassembled, such as paper pads, red glue can be applied to both sides of the paper pads; 3. For frequently disassembled parts such as valve covers, filter housings, and other joint surfaces, asbestos pads should be used and coated with lead oil. When tightening, the bolts at the location should be tightened symmetrically in several times. In addition, it should be ensured that the gasket is intact, the joint surface of the parts is flat and clean, and there is no misalignment or deformation of each part.
6、 Oil leakage at each control lever shaft: The reason is 1. Damaged sealing gasket. 2. The clearance between the shaft and the hole increases.
Exclusion: Suitable oil resistant rubber gaskets can be selected according to the diameter of the shaft, with an inner diameter 1-3 millimeters smaller than the shaft diameter. They can be installed on the shaft surface in contact with the hole wall and pressed tightly.
7、 Oil leakage from the crankcase: The reason is due to damaged paper pads or loose screws.
Exclusion: Remove the oil pan and inspect the gasket. If the gasket is intact, it can be wiped clean and coated with a layer of red glue; If there is any damage, a new gasket should be replaced. Apply a layer of red glue,. The screws should be tightened evenly and evenly with force.
8、 High pressure oil pipe leakage: The reason is that the joint cone surface of the high-pressure oil pipe has worn out after long-term use, resulting in poor sealing.
Exclusion: Place a plastic pipe with a length of 1-2 millimeters and a diameter of about 5 millimeters at the joint between the conical surface and the tapered hole of the high-pressure oil pipe, or place a copper washer with an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the oil pipe and an appropriate outer diameter, or replace the high-pressure oil pipe with a new one.
9、 Gearbox oil leakage: The reason is that 1. the clearance between the gearbox bearings and the shaft holes is too large; 2. Oil seal wear and aging.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: If the clearance between the box shaft holes is too large, it can be repaired using the inlay method. If oil leakage is caused by oil seal wear and aging, the oil seal should be replaced.
10、 Oil leakage of supporting wheels, supporting pulleys, and guide wheels: The reason is 1. Wear and aging of the rubber sealing sleeve; 2. The sealing ring is severely worn.
The elimination method is as follows: replace the rubber sealing sleeve in a timely manner. Replace the upper sealing ring. The two rough joint surfaces of the sealing ring must be properly ground, and a layer of graphite grease should be applied on both sides. After installation, water and dirt should not enter when walking for 24 hours.
11、 Oil leakage from the filling and draining ports: The reason is that the threads and pitches of the sealing parts such as the diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic oil tank, diesel coarse and fine filters, high-pressure oil pump, oil pan, and gearbox are inconsistent. 2. The diesel tank cover does not have sealing rubber.
